Description:
Learn to make colorful uniquely glowing Action Flower Brooches.
Make elegant simple petals using Louise's Translucent Colors technique. Work with translucent clay colored with oil paint and pencils and assemble your petals into an artful spiral.
Professional finishing techniques will be stressed at every step.
Techniques learned will include:
Mixing clay with paints
Etching and transferring patterns
Image Transfer and Silk Screen Demonstrations
Fine edge finishing – sanding, golding and varnishing
Translucent surface coloring methods using oil paints and Prismacolor pencils and sticks.
Assembly methods
Professional pinback finishing and signatures
